Namaha Healthcare is a family-led hospital based in Mumbai, rooted in women’s health yet offering a wide spectrum of specialities beyond it. After shaping their interiors and visual identity, where illustrations, warmth, and thoughtful design define the space, the next natural step was to extend that experience into the digital realm.
We began by questioning the existing digital healthcare landscape, often cluttered, impersonal, and overwhelming, and set out to redefine what a hospital website could feel like. Our goal was to bring the same sense of serenity and calm that defines Namaha’s physical space into its online presence.
But the challenge lay deeper: How do you design a system capable of handling vast amounts of information, yet keep it intuitive, elegant, and easy for the client to manage?
Our process started with a deep understanding of the founders’ vision, exploring the role this website would play in shaping Namaha’s future for both current and new patients. Through conversation, research, and design exploration, we worked to translate that vision into a digital experience that feels warm, intuitive, and distinctly Namaha.
